![]() This year, I'm up $8K on roulette (pure luck i'm claiming absolutely no skill here).Ĭurrently I have comps for rooms at 6 casinos (along with the cards of the VIP managers) all thanks to roulette. In fact, when I go to Vegas, I only take $5K for poker and $1K for roulette. as they try to keep the roulette idiot at their placeĪnd I by no means consider myself a high roller. The result of this is that every casino that i've had a run at trips over themselves to offer me suites, tickets, meals, etc. Once I get a few big hits I'm easily up $1K - $4K and then again proceed to spend the next 15 - 20 minutes winning and losing the same $500, once my 'play' chips are gone, and take off. Much of that time, I just tread water, winning and losing the same five hundred dollars for 15 - 20 minutes until I get a great run going. When I'm hot at roulette i'm able to play for about an hour. ![]() I'm not an expert on comps, but my understanding is that roulette has the best comp rate / hr versus any other game. I've won and lost some serious money playing roulette ($4K, $6K, $14K, $10K) and as a consequence, have some insane comps. My weakness (which i've done a good job over the last two years of controlling) is roulette. Not quite sure where this belongs, but I've been going back and forth to Vegas for years and the last time I paid for a room was back in 2002.
